Secret To Success

The Secret To MLM Success

This secret really depends how your compensation plan works. The company I am with has a 2×12 Forced Matrix so my ‘Secret’ works perfectly in this case. Truth be told, it is not much of a secret at all. The thing is, as obvious as this is, it amazes me how few people actually do it.

The bottom line is this…

You will not be able to sustain any measure of success in MLM unless you have people in your downline who are also succeeding.

It is very common to find people who are looking for some magic system that allows them to refer dozens of personally sponsored associates. This rarely works. Even when it does work, the method is so expensive that it is amost impossible to duplicate.

The true secret to success, in my humble opinion, is to simply find just two or three people who are willing to work and/or invest in their own success then concentrate all your efforts on helping those few people build their own businesses.

The sooner you take your eyes off yourself and focus on your team, the sooner you will find the success you desire. Be sure to teach what you are doing to your group. Also, keep repeating this process until your business is at least six levels deep. Then you will have a profitable business and, before you know it, one that grows on it’s own.

If you were to visit my site at www.MyBerryAdvantage.com or my blog at www.MyBerryAdvantage.com/blog (and on this blog as well) you will find several links pointing to The Berry Tree… not a single one of those links is pointing to my site. They all point to my associates links by using a rotator. Since I already have a few associates who are serious about their success there is no need to promote my link. I already have a very high commitment level. At this point, it is more important to me that I help raise their commitment level. The best way to do that is to concentrate my efforts on their success

Just think, if you were in my group, I could be advertising for you right now!

The Berry Tree is not satisfied with relying solely on the internet to expand the business. The company is about to go into the recording studio to produce a 30 minute infomercial. With the extremely affordable co-op, we can all benfit from this new exposure.

The infomercial is expected to air in early to mid February and will be broadcast throughout the USA. Those who join now will be in a tremendously advantageous position. You can join our team, and be ahead of the curve, by visiting www.MyBerryAdvantage.com

Low Cost Leads Equals Duplication

September 28th, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Lead Generation

Congratulations! You have just signed up your first person into your ground-breaking opportunity!

It took you a little while to convince him or her that starting a business does actually take them spending a little money. So they sucked it up, balanced their checkbook, and came up with the $25-$100 or more to join your company.

After providing you with a few excuses as to why they didn’t want to call their friends and family before they have success first, how easy do you think the next task of telling them they need to spend another $100 - $300 or more for leads will be?

They are out of business before they even start!

The best thing you can do for your business, is have some inexpensive lead options available with a low sticker shock so that your new members will take the next crucial action step, exposing people to their business.

Besides the fact that a new person will need time and practice getting comfortable on the phone, you do not have to be calling $4/lead leads to find good people for your business.

I’m sure you are familiar with the saying, “Make up in numbers, what you lack in skill!” This is critical for your new members to understand, so they do not get frustrated and give themselves the time necessary to succeed.

Find a source of leads where you can get a good balance of quality leads for a good price. Leads that are slightly aged are a fantastic way for both the new members and veterans alike to get practice, sort through larger amounts of prospects and to find those superstars hidden in each lead batch. When your new member is trained properly and has a few hundred calls under his or her belt, then start mixing in the more costly leads.

Do not forget, as your new member gets better on the phone, their leads will magically get better, regardless of the age or quality of the lead.

Is Your Business ‘Slippery When Wet’?

August 4th, 2008 by admin | 1 Comment | Filed in Uncategorized

Sometimes the pavement can be slick. When the roads are wet it is easy to lose control. If you are not careful you could find yourself heading right for the ditch - YIKES!

Whenever we start out on a new endeavour, some might call us Rookies or Newbies while others say we are “Wet Behind The Ears.” If you find yourself wet-behind-the-ears in your new Home Based Business it is best to take things slowly. A little due diligence and self analysis will go a long way towards helping you reach your destination. Acheiving your goals will be inevitable if you take your time and do it right.

There are precautions you can take to keep your Home-Based Business from sliding into the ditch. Ask yourself a few questions before you charge full speed ahead.

Is a Home-Based Business really right for me?

This may be a hard pill to swallow but, if you are the type of person who goofs off whenever the boss is not around, you may not be a good candidate for a home-based business. I personally prefer the term Working For Yourself rather than Working From Home because it reminds me that I am the boss… of me! Everyday you should ask yourself, “If this were a real business would I be fired?” Self-discipline will be vital to your success.

Am I willing to learn before I act?

All too many times, we charge full steam ahead with our blind ambition. Prepare to spend some time on training. Conference calls, forums, blogs, members areas as well as personal and professional associations can help you tremendously. Do not fall for every slick sales pitch at the drop of a hat. Read between the lines to wade through the hype. Most importantly, Ask Questions. The only dumb question is the one that is not asked. Do not be embarrassed to seek knowledge. A good quality mentor will always be eager to educate and assist you as you get started.

What is my time and money budget?

I hate to burst your bubble but, there is no magic program you can simply join for free and wait for money to start showering down on you from the heavens. There are sites out there that may give you this impression but again, you have to learn to sift through the hype. Is it possible to make a fortune online? Yes, absolutely! But, it will not happen over night. Just like everything else in life, you will get out of it what you put into it. In any business, whether online or offline, there will be start up costs and ongoing costs. The beauty of the Internet is that these costs can be kept to a minimum.

Of course there are many more question to be answered but these should help to get you headed down the road safely. There may be some wet roads winding through the hills and valleys but if you map out your journey properly you will arrive at your destination safely.
